"My wife and I have used Dave Randlett on many occasions during the renovations and maintenance of our house.  Speaking briefly, his work is excellent, detailed, finely crafted, thorough and reasonable in price.  I say this as I am a woodworker myself having built many pieces of furniture as well as having designed and created extensive woodwork for fireplace surrounds, etc. 

Specifically, Dave has installed kitchen cabinets, performed an extensive renovation of our master bath including tearing down interior walls, building doorways, re-installing doors including pocket doors, moving closets and overseeing all demolition, plumbing, electrical and tile work associated with the renovation.  Dave has installed multi-part crown moldings in several rooms as well as a coffered ceiling in the living room. 

On the exterior, Dave has replaced the front door and window surrounds, installed a new sliding door to the deck, repaired door sills on a number of exteriors doors and constructed a roof over the basement steps.  He has replaced all exterior shutters as well as repaired/replaced wood siding including a large area over a hyphen to the garage.
